Stricken by poverty and the increasing price of energy, many poor Romanians face the reality of a harsh winter. That is why, over the years, multiple communities and missionaries served by RMS have developed social programs to ease the suffering of these people. Firewood (a heating method still widely used in rural Romania) has become the gift of kindness that offers the opportunity to share Christ's love.
