Bebi is a pastor and missionary in the Buzău region, under the Carpathian Mountains. He is involved both in the local church as a pastor as well in the church planting ministry in the region. Bebi also has a heart for the poor and the hopeless, running social programs for children and people in need. His initiative to clothe the orphans and the poverty-stricken children of Bădila has brought warmth and joy to many in the region.
