Narcis is a Romanian missionary in a very unexpected place, in the slums of the town of Rosarito, Mexico. Through church planting efforts, social and educational projects, he attempts to bring the Gospel to the poor people of Rosarito and beyond, while offering them a glimpse of hope and showing them love.
