One of the toughest challenges of pastors in many of the churches of Romanian is the need to rely for sustenance on the meager resources their communities can provide. It is quite common to encounter pastors that take on a regular job that allows them to take care of their families. While this is a testament to their resilience and ethics, more often than not it represents a hurdle in their ministry and quite often it makes the local church suffer. Understanding the challenges that some many of these workers are faced with, RMS has established a general Sponsor-a-pastor fund that allows us to identify specific cases where your generous contribution can have a lasting impact for many of the communities through financial aid directed at their pastors.
